These terms apply when you place an order with FreshTodayMarket. By checking out you agree to them.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and include applicable taxes. Prices and availability can change, and occasionally an item may sell out after you order — if so, we’ll contact you to adjust or refund that item. Your order is confirmed once our team calls to confirm it.

Delivery & pickup

Delivery is available across Kigali daily, 8AM–10PM, for a flat RWF 1,500 (free over RWF 15,000). Delivery times are estimates and can vary with traffic and demand.

Payment

You can pay on delivery. Online card and Mobile Money payments are processed securely by our payment provider once available; we never store your card details.

Refunds & returns

Freshness is our promise. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or below standard, contact us within 24 hours of delivery on +250 788 517 361 and we’ll replace it or refund you for that item. For hygiene reasons, opened perishable goods can only be refunded where there’s a quality issue. Refunds are made by the same method you paid, or as store credit for pay-on-delivery orders.
