How do I place an order?

Browse the shop or search for what you need, add items to your cart, then go to checkout. Choose delivery or pickup, add your details, and place the order. Our team calls you to confirm.

Do you deliver across Kigali?

Yes. We deliver throughout Kigali daily, 8AM–10PM. The fee depends on your area and is shown at checkout the moment you pick it, so there are no surprises. If you're somewhere we don't list yet we still deliver, and we confirm the fee when we call. Pickup at the shop is always free.

How soon will my order arrive?

Most in-city deliveries arrive the same day, often within a couple of hours depending on your area and the time of day. Our rider calls you before arriving.

How can I pay?

You can pay on delivery today. Card and Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money) online payments are being added — you’ll see them at checkout once live.

Are the products fresh?

That’s the whole idea. Perishables are quality-checked before dispatch, and anything past its best isn’t on the shelf. If it isn’t fresh today, we don’t sell it.

Can I return an item?

Yes — if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or below standard, contact us within 24 hours on +250 788 517 361 and we’ll replace it or refund you. See Refunds & Returns in our Terms.

Do you supply cafés, events and wholesale?

We do. FreshTodayMarket serves wholesale, cafés, supermarkets and events alongside direct customers. Call us to arrange a standing order.
