What we collect
When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address, plus your order history. Passwords are stored securely (hashed) and never in plain text. We do not store card details — online payments are handled by our payment provider.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, to contact you about an order, and — only if you opt in — to send you offers and news. We never sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We share only what’s necessary with the people who help fulfil your order: our delivery riders (name, address, phone) and our payment provider (to take payment). They may not use it for anything else.
